Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Bobyan Gold. Products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Return Period: Products must be brought to one of our branches within 15 days from the date of purchase.
   
2. Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, tags, and the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
   
3. Inspection: Returned or exchanged products will be inspected by our staff before the return or exchange is approved.
   
4. Return or Exchange: Once the product meets our return conditions, our staff will assist you with the return or exchange.
   
5. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange where required for hygiene, safety, or other applicable reasons. Any such restrictions will be communicated where applicable.
